Our rental rate
is $215 per night for 2 people, plus tax. It only costs $50/night for
each additional set of 2 people to stay.
Here's how it works: Let's say there are 6 people for a non-holiday/special
event stay. The base rate is $215 per night, plus $100 for the 4 extra
people (kids included) so you are at $315 per night, plus tax. Please note
that holidays and events such as Chinati Weekend/Open House, Spring Break, July
4, Marfa Lights Festival, Thanksgiving, and the month of December
are higher rates.

*We accept most major
credit cards. We require a minimum $500 deposit at time of reservation
which will apply towards your stay, the remaining balance will be charged to
your credit card 30 days in advance of your check-in date. If your total
stay is less than $500 we will charge the full amount of your stay at the time
of reservation. There are no refunds. Please note that for special
event/holiday stays such as Chinati Weekend, Thanksgiving, etc. we will
charge the balance of your stay 60 days prior to check-in.
*The kitchen is fully stocked with plates,
pots & pans, cooking utensils, etc., and we supply towels, sheets and
everything else necessary to make sure that you have a great time.
*Your rate includes basic cleaning service
when you leave. If you are really messy, there will be an additional
charge.
*There is a telephone and local
calls are free, but please bring a calling card for long
distance. Also, check with your cell phone carrier to see if you
have coverage in Marfa - many carriers have lousy signals in the area.
